Orders - We accept all major credit cards.  Order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Shipping:  We only ship to the United States and it's territories. All orders will ship to you via UPS. Please provide a street address and no post office boxes.  For approximate shipping time, please refer to the below chart.  All orders that contain pepper spray must ship via UPS Ground.  Most orders ship within 48 hours.  Order up to $99 are $7.50 for shipping - Orders over $99 are Free Shipping.

Business Shipping Addresses - If you are using a business address, be sure to include the name of the business, the floor, suite number, or any other information that may be required. We use the shipping address you provide exactly as you type it. If your order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect shipping address, you will be billed for the cost of reshipping. Please use care when entering your shipping information, and double check the address before you submit your order.

Guarantee - Every product we have has a 100% guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it at no additional charge. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or wish to return your order for any other reason, we will refund the full purchase price LESS the original shipping and handling charge and LESS a 30% restocking fee. Items must always be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Our Return Policy - You must notify us by phone or email within 30 day of receiving your order, describing the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions for returning the order. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost in returning the order to us

Out of Stock Items - We do our best to remove out of stock items from our website. In the event that an item you ordered is found to be out of stock we will notify you immediately and ship your item as soon as it arrives.
